With regards to your inquiry, we advise you to send the digital camera to our Customer Care Centre in Shah Alam for further checking. Upon receivable of your camera, please allow approximately 1 week for us to revert to you on the status of repair and charges (if any) and we could only quote you on the actual cost of repair after our technician has checked the camera. Please be informed our EOS Pro Center at Berjaya Times Square do not service or repair DSLR models.
